Position 1: Junior Ticketing Officer
Qualification: Diploma or Certificate for IATA Ticketing Certified.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing role
- The Ticketing Agent is responsible for selling and processing tickets for various events and attractions. The agent communicates with customers in person, over the phone, and through email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth ticketing process. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Vehicle Operator (Driver)
Qualification: Grade 10th and 12 th Complete, and In Addition to Automotive Training Certificate.
Driver License: Public License1 and 3
Experience: 4 and above Years Work Experienc Tour Operator Work experience is Advantageous
Quantities: 6
