Position: Junior Human Resource Manager
Job Requirements:
- BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copy).
- Manage employment contract documentation and post‑recruitment processes (medical checks, police clearance, insurance, ID cards, work permit and residence id process etc.).
- Prepare employment support letters
- Coordinate staff insurance and medical matters, including renewals, policy updates, and communication with providers.
- Prepare and process medical payments, reimbursements, and external service provider payments.
- Oversee leave management and ensure leave plans are followed.
- Monitor the recruitment administration of contracted employees.
- Prepare payroll inputs and process monthly payroll in the payroll processing tool
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate monthly payroll reporting.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and employee orientation programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper filing systems.
- Perform when and as assigned by direct supervisor .
