Position 1: Production Worker I

 

JOB Summary:

The Production Worker I is responsible for supporting production operations within the factory. The role focuses on learning and assisting with basic production tasks, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in daily production activities under supervision.

· Follow instructions and standard operating procedures for production tasks.

· Learn to operate machinery or perform manual production work as required.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

· Participate in quality checks and report any deviations to supervisors.

· Record production activities, output, and observations as instructed.

· Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.

· Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.

 

Qualifications

· Education:

o 12th grade (10+0) or 10+1 (Level I) TVET in a related technical field.

Required Skills:

· No prior experience required.

· Willingness to learn and develop production skills.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.

· Attention to detail and focus on safety.

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

Position 2: Material Planning & Inventory Control Officer

 

JOB Summary:

The Material Planning & Inventory Control Officer is responsible for supporting material planning, stock management, and inventory control activities within the organization. The role focuses on learning and assisting with proper material tracking, record-keeping, and ensuring availability of materials for smooth production or operational processes.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and monitoring inventory levels to ensure materials are available as needed.

· Support material requisition, procurement tracking, and stock issuance processes.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and material usage.

· Participate in stock-taking, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory records.

· Collaborate with other departments to forecast material requirements and avoid shortages.

· Learn and follow organizational procedures, policies, and compliance standards.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.

· Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities.

 

Qualifications

Education:

o BA in Management, Accounting, Materials Management, Store Management, Business Administration, Supply & Logistics Management, or related field.

Required Skills:

· No prior experience required.

· Willingness to learn and develop skills in material planning and inventory control.

· Basic understanding of inventory management principles and record-keeping.

· Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
