Position 1: Junior Electrician

Job Summary :- A Junior Electrician is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. The role supports senior electricians in ensuring smooth electrical operations while following safety standards and company procedures.

Job Summary:- A Senior Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery, or mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation. The role includes supervising junior mechanics, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all mechanical work is completed safely and effectively.

Key responsibility

  • Have adequate mechanical knowledge and experience in coffee processing manufacturing industry equipment’s and their applications.
  • Prepare mechanical preventive maintenance plan in accordance to manufacturer manuals ( pump, generators, compressor and coffee machinery)

Position 5: Systems Administration (Re-advertised )

Job Summary:- System Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management, security, and integration of Company’s IT infrastructure. This role unifies data center operations, enterprise networking (LAN/WAN), server administration, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 & Azure), and physical security systems (CCTV). The administrator designs and configures routers, switches, firewalls, and backup solutions, while supporting ERP systems and internal business applications. A hands-on expert who ensures high availability, cybersecurity, and business continuity across all technology domains.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure & Data Center Management

  • Data Center Operations: Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments (VMware/Hyper-V), including installation, configuration, and patch management.
  • Server Administration: Oversee Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux environments; manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Storage & Backup: Architect and manage backup solutions for both IT systems and CCTV footage. Ensure data integrity, perform regular restore tests, and manage off-site/cloud backups.

2. Networking & Security (LAN/WAN)

  • Network Design: Design, implement, and document LAN and WAN architectures to ensure high availability, redundancy, and performance across all sites.
  • Routing & Switching: Configure and maintain enterprise-grade network hardware (Cisco, unified, or similar) including routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
  • Security Infrastructure: Manage next-generation firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Sophos) for threat prevention, VPN connectivity (Site-to-Site & SSL), and secure remote access.
  • Unified Solutions: Integrate and manage unified technologies, ensuring seamless communication between networking, security, and IoT devices (CCTV).

3. Physical Security & Surveillance (CCTV)

  • Unified CCTV Management: Administer the IP CCTV infrastructure. Ensure the network is optimized for high-bandwidth video traffic.
  • CCTV Backup: Design and manage specific backup strategies for surveillance footage, ensuring compliance with retention policies and rapid retrieval capabilities.

4. Cloud & Microsoft Ecosystem

  • Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online (email), SharePoint, Teams, and compliance features.
  • Azure Administration: Manage Azure IaaS and PaaS resources. Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) Connect, hybrid identity, and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for disaster recovery.
  • Email Security: Manage spam filtering, email archiving, and email flow security.

5. Business Applications & ERP

  • ERP Support: Provide high-level technical support for the organization’s ERP solution. This includes database performance monitoring (SQL), troubleshooting integration issues, and managing user permissions.
  • Internal Solutions: Administer internal business tools, ensuring high availability and integration with core infrastructure.

6. Server Administration:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining windows servers, both physical and virtual.
  • Managing server operating systems, such as Windows Server or Linux distributions.
  • Monitoring server performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
  • Implementing security measures, including user access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Managing server backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

7. Development:

  • Writing and maintaining scripts or automation tools to streamline system administration tasks.
  • Customizing or extending the functionality of the D365FO ERP system through programming.
  • Collaborating with software developers to integrate D365FO ERP with other applications or databases.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging software issues within the D365FO ERP environment.
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development best practices.

Education:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, Software engineering or a related field.

Experience :-

  • 3 years relevant work experience in system administration or networking Administration
  • Experience with Design, configuration, managing and maintaining networks, servers, and software systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with specific technologies and platforms commonly used in the organization’s industry, such as Unified technology, is also beneficial.
  • Certification: Industry certifications are highly preferred (CCNA, CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate, or Fortinet NSE).

Technical Competencies

  • Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Sufficient knowledge of Server Hyper-V and Hyper-V Failover Cluster Manager experience
  • Networking: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP routing, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
  • Firewalls & Security: Proven experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls; understanding of Zero Trust principles.
  • Virtualization: Expertise in VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Cloud: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, Backup, Site Recovery) and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Backup Technologies: Experience with Veeam, Acronis, or similar backup solutions (including physical CCTV storage management).
  • Surveillance: Familiarity with IP CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, or similar) and Video Management Software (VMS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in network administration and configuration, including LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, CCTV and firewalls.
  • Strong knowledge of server administration, including operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux), virtualization technologies, and server hardware.
  • Expertise in Surveillance installation, configuration and administration and experience in software development, scripting, and automation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of ERP solutions, Servers, IT security practices and access.
