Position 1: Teller I

Qualifications: Knowledge and Technical Skills:

 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • 0/2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
  • Certification in financial services is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
  • Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team;
  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity
  • Good knowledge in economic and financial topics;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good customer service, Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.
  • Strong numerical and transaction handling accuracy.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Position 2: Trainee Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification and Technical Skill Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Analytical skills for financial data interpretation.
  • Good knowledge in economic and financial topics
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Location: Branch Office, Mexico Branch Office

Position 3: Marketing Officer

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL

  • MA/MBA/BA Degree in Marketing, Management or related field
  • A minimum of 2/3 years of relevant work experience in MFI or Bank
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills
  • Excellent report writing and communication abilities
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of microfinance products and client-centered services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in the field and with communities
 

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Branch Manager

Qualification and Technical Skill Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree/MSc. in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.
  • Certifications in business management, sales, or finance are advantageous.
  • Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
  • Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
  • Able to plan and manage finances, including a basic understanding of accounting.
  • Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
  • Leadership & team management, communication and marketing skills
  • Strong sales and business acumen.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic decision-making.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in Banking, Microfinance, or Related services.
  • Proven track record in leadership, team management, and achieving business objectives.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and financial planning.
