Transsion Manufacturing Plc is established in July 2006 in China, for the purpose of manufacturing mobile phone apparatus, software development, different electronics home appliances and construction.
In General, it is a high-tech Company specializing in the Research & Development, production, sale and service of mobile & communication products.
Position 1: JUNIOR LOGISTICS OFFICER
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, , Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Location: Addis Abeba
Position 2: Solar System Sales Representative
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, electrical equipment, inverters, batteries, or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, and solar backup systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of residential and commercial power backup solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn about solar energy products and solutions.
