Position 1: Research Development Junior Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Sociology, Development Studies, Research Methods, or a related field.
Work Experience: 1 year of relevant professional experience, internship, or graduate traineeship in market research, data collection, economic analysis, or academic/institutional research.
Salary: Based on the institution’s scale.

Position 2: Strategy, Planning & Monitoring Senior Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in strategic planning, business analysis, performance management, or monitoring and evaluation within corporate or financial service environments.

Position 3: Marketing & Brand Management Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a closely related field.
Work Experience: 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, promotional activities, or corporate communications, preferably within the financial services sector.

Position 4: Content & Media Management Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Language & Literature, Marketing, or related fields.
Work Experience: 3 years of progressive and demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, website management, journalism, or corporate communications.

Position 5: Graphics & Visual Senior Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or a closely related field.
Work Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and content development, preferably within a corporate marketing department or creative agency.
Certification: Professional certification in Graphic Design, Audio-Visuals, Adobe Creative Cloud, or specialized video editing/motion graphics is highly desirable.

Position 6: Branch Manager
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in microfinance and banking, of which 2 years should be in a supervisory position.
