Kadisco General Hospital operates as the sister company to one of the foremost paint manufacturing firms, Kadisco Chemical Industry, as well as Kadisco Group and SMATARA Forwarding Company. Following an extensive and demanding phase of planning and preparation, KADISCO General Hospital was inaugurated on May 1, 2007, and began providing its services without delay.
The primary objectives of the hospital are focused on ensuring the health of the community through contemporary preventive and diagnostic healthcare practices. The hospital structure is constructed and spans a broad flat area located in the Gerji region, commonly referred to as 46 Mazorya.
Position: Junior HR and Administration Officer
Education – BA in Management, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience – 0 Years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
Problem Solving – Ability to handle logistical “hiccups” in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Learning Agility – Capacity to quickly master HR software and healthcare administrative protocols.
Communication – Fluent in Amharic and English (written and spoken).
Tech Savvy – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
HR & Personnel Management
- Recruitment – Assist in filtering CVs, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates.
- Onboarding – Organize orientation for new medical and support staff.
- Record Keeping – Maintain and update digital and physical employee files with 100% confidentiality.
- Attendance – Track staff shifts, leave requests, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Compliance – Support the HR team in ensuring all actions align with Ethiopian Labor Law.
Administrative & Office Operations
- Documentation – Draft official letters, internal memos, and hospital announcements.
- Facility Support – Coordinate with a professional hospital environment.
- Supply Management – Monitor and restock office stationery and administrative supplies.
- Meeting Coordination – Schedule meetings, take minutes, and organize staff training sessions.
- Liaison – Act as a point of contact for external service providers and utility vendors.
