Hope for Justice (HFJ) is a human rights-based anti-slavery International Civil Society Organization (CSO). Position Title: Documentation Support Intern

Department: Finance and Admin

Reports To: Finance and Grant Manager

Purpose

The Documentation Support Intern will assist the Finance and Admin with routine documentation and administrative tasks to ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document management. The role primarily focuses on supporting the team with organizing, scanning and maintaining archive project and operational financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing organizational documents.
  • Support proper filing and organization of both physical and electronic documents.
  • Maintain document records and archives for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure scanned and copied documents are clearly labeled and stored appropriately.
  • Provide basic administrative support related to documentation and record management.
  • Assist staff with document preparation and formatting when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.

Job requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to handle routine administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
