Omo Bank is seeking interested and qualified candidates for the following job openings. Omo Microfinance is progressing in its efforts to transition into a bank. It is the third microfinance institution to undertake such a transformation, following Amhara and Oromia saving & credit institutions.

 

Omo was among the five largest microfinance institutions in Ethiopia, alongside Amhara, Oromia, Addis, and Dedebit. Collectively, these institutions represent 82.6% of the total capital, 90% of the savings, and 85.9% of the credit available in the microfinance sector. Last year, Omo successfully mobilized over seven billion Birr in deposits, increasing its total to 36 billion Birr.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field.

Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field.

Position 3: Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification:
MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field.

Position 4: Customer Relationship Officer I
