Position: Assistant Storekeeper

Qualification:

  • The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Accounting or Management or relevant fields.
  • 0–1 year experience in warehouse and inventory management activities in an FMCG operation setting

About the Job:

Support efficient operation of empty bottle storage and container inventory management activities by assisting the storekeeper in maintaining accurate stock records, facilitating inventory movements, controlling and recording of Empty breakages and missing.

  • Assist storekeeper in maintaining accurate inventory records, which includes conducting regular FG stock count and update of full goods stock transactions
  • Maintain an efficient storage system, ensuring proper organization and labeling of product details on the item card, including quantity, SKU, and BBF.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting of FG stock received from production, including Line missing and other non-conforming products such as, under /overfill, and leakages.
  • Identify and report issues encountered during loading /unloading operation, including
    product damage, missing and safety hazards on the FG Warehouse area
  • Work with Forklift operators and casuals to load the trucks as per the sales order received from the sales admin.
  • Follow the receiving from packaging get quality release and make sure the loading
    of order is as per the FEFO assigned.
  • Perform all other related duties and tasks may be assigned by His Line managers.
