The purpose of the position is to support the procurement team in clerical duties and to gain experience in relation to key aspects of NGO / humanitarian logistics

- Data entry support for both procurement and transport departments.
- Filling support for both procurement and transport departments.
- Assisting with SR tracking
- Support in scanning of purchase archives for all procurements
- Support others procurement officers when needed
