Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- At least 4 years relevant (IFB) experience with 2 years as Officer Level /Equivalent.

Position 2: Senior Officer, IFB Customer Relationship Management
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- At least 4 years relevant (IFB) experience with 2 years as Officer level /Equivalent.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Principal Officer, IFB Branch Banking
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant (IFB) experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years as Deputy Banking Center Manager/CSO III – Accounts in a Supervisory role
Location: (For Mizan Aman Banking Center)
Position 5: Banking Center Manager, Grade B
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
Experience
- At least Ten (10) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of three (3) years as Branch Manager.
Location: For Dire Dawa Banking Center
Position 6: Principal Officer, Credit Follow-up and Monitoring
Education:
- Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
