Job Summary
- To ensure the effectiveness of branch sales and marketing activities, mobilize resources, expand branch accessibility through digital banking, and provide efficient, high-quality service to customers consistently. Additionally, this job is responsible building strong relationship with various stakeholders to enhance the resource mobilization objective of the Bank.
Job Requirement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- Experience:
- one year Branch Business Manager or Branch Operation Manager-IFB or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory.

Position 2: Branch Manager – IV
Job Summary
- To ensure that the overall Banking operation activities of the branch are performed as per the Bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulations.
Job Requirement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields
- Experience:
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II-IFB or Business Manager III-IFB or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory.
