Position 1: Regional Director
Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of banking experience, of which 5 years must be in a senior Branch Manager position.
- Training and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit, and international banking operations) and leadership are mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the regional office in branch planning, performance monitoring and reporting, branch opening, credit processing, property evaluation, and area office support services.
- Identify customer needs through branch feedback and coordinate with the Deputy Chief Regional Operation Office and the product development team to develop responsive products.
- Address regional performance issues and propose business growth strategies.
- Identify, develop, deploy, and retain staff through effective talent management.

Position 2: Relationship Managers (I, II & III)
Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in a business-related discipline.
- Banking sector experience starting from 8 years.
- Relevant banking experience, preferably supporting affluent high-net-worth clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attract, deepen, and manage financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets.
- Promote and sell Corporate Banking Unit products within assigned sectors.
- Promote other bank products and services to enhance relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect and acquire new customers, generate additional business from existing customers, and manage customer expectations to sustain business relationships.
