Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields
Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as, Internal Controller, CSO, CRO or Equivalent position in Banking Industry.
Terms of employment :Permanent after Probation Period
Salary :as per the bank scale
Job Grade: IX
At Branches under North Finfinne District (Debre Birhan and Kemissie Branches)
Position 2: Manager Banking Operation Management–I
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management Economics or related fields
Work experience: 3/4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as, senior internal Controller I, SCSO-Cash-I, or equivalent position in banking industry.
Terms of employment :Permanent after Probation Period
Salary: as per the scale of the bank.

Workplace: At branches under North Finfinne District (Bahir Dar and Debre Birhan Branches)
Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Marketing Management or related fields.
Work Experience :4/5 years general work Experience in bank industry out of which 1year as Manager Banking Operation Management I ,Customer Service Manager I, or Equivalent Position in Banking Industry

Position 4: Branch Manager-I

Work Experience: 5/6 years general work Experience in banking industry out of which 1 year as Branch Manager, Manager, Banking Operation Management II ,Customer Service Manager II, or Equivalent Position in Banking Industry Salary: As per the Bank`s scale Job Grade: XII Workplace: At branches under Adama District (Sirka Branch).
