Yazawa Spare Parts is a pioneer in Ethiopia’s automotive sector, proudly recognized as the country’s first specialized spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs). Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduate or 6 months experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in using financial systems like Cket, Xero, peachtree etc is a PLUS
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Position 2: Junior Customer Experience Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, call centre, or front-facing service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic data entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.

Position 3: Junior Assembly Technician
Requirements Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields or TVET graduate in relevant field
- 6 months to 1 year experience working in a factory setting with similar products (E2W, E3W etc.),
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Preferably proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Repair and Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Graduate ONLY)
Required Skills
- Degree/Level IV in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2+ years of Experience in electrical diagnostics and repair (e-bike or similar systems is advantageous).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in using multimeter and electrical tools.
- Basic soldering and PCB repair knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Workshop environment with exposure to tools, machinery, and occasional outdoor testing.
