Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of banking experience as Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent positions.
Duty Stations: Jimma (Gesha)
Position 2: Branch Accountant
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year as Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or equivalent positions.
Duty Stations:

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year as Cashier, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or equivalent positions.
Duty Stations: Jimma (Gesha)
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, out of which 3 years as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or equivalent positions.

Position 5: Securities Dealer Officer III (legal & Compliance)
Qualification: BA degree in Law (LLB), Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or other-related fields. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience out of which 1 year at officer, associate junior, Security dealer or capital Market and capital management or other equivalent positions.
Location: Head Office (Project Office)
Position 6: Securities Dealer Officer III (Research & Market Analyst)
Qualification: BA degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience out of which 1 year at officer, associate junior, Security dealer or capital Market and capital management or other equivalent positions.
Location: Head Office (Project Office)
Position 7: Manager, Securities Dealer
Qualification: BA degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience out of which 2 years as Principal, Senior, lead at Security dealer or capital Market and capital management or other equivalent positions.
Location: Head Office (Project Office)
