Position: Procurement Intern
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Supply Chain Management (preferred), Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Organized with basic knowledge of procurement processes.
Job Objective
Support procurement activities for indirect materials while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end‑to‑end procurement activities for indirect materials (RFQs & RFPs).
- Collect and compare supplier quotations using a structured three‑quote approach.
- Perform basic cost analysis (unit price, transport, taxes, lead times).
- Maintain and update procurement trackers with accurate data.
- Prepare procurement documents (RFQs, supplier offers, bid sheets, vendor files).
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows.
- Support stakeholder communication through clear email correspondence.
- Assist in preparing KPI analysis and reports using PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers for smooth processes.
