Nib International Bank (NIB) was founded on 26 May 1999, operating under license no. LBB/007/99, in compliance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994. The bank was established with a paid-up capital of birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders.
The Bank began its operations on 28 October 1999 with a workforce of 27 employees, entering the banking sector as the sixth private bank to receive a license in the nation.

Educational Qualification:
- M.A./B.A Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or related fields of study.
Work Experience:
5/7 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Place of Work: Mekelle District
Position 2: Senior Succession & Performance Management Officer
Educational Qualification:
M.A./B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management or related fields of study.
Work Experience:
4/6 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Succession and Performance Management Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer
Educational Qualification:
B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience:
4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Associate Planning and Monitoring Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Place of Work: Mekelle District
Position 4: Interest Free Banking Business Officer (IFB)
Educational Qualification:
B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience:
4 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Associate Interest Free Banking Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Sharia knowledge is an advantage.
