Position 1: Senior – Financial Risk Management Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, or related field plus a minimum of six (6) years of related experience.
Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting financial risks within the Bank. S/he provides input into the development and implementation of risk management frameworks; conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis; and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. The jobholder will work closely with various units to safeguard the Bank’s assets and ensure the stability of financial operations by enhancing the mechanism for proper risk management.

Position 2: Manager – Digital Media Marketing Division
Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Social Sciences or Business, preferably in Marketing / Digital Marketing, plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience, with at least three (3) years’ in a supervisory role.
- Masters in a Business related course (added advantage)
- Training on Digital Marketing (added advantage)
Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible to plan, develop, implement and manage the social media and digital marketing strategy that promote the Bank’s brand, products and services; maintain a brand’s online presence and sales by managing marketing message on various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing. S/he builds a corporate image by delivering a strong and cohesive marketing message to public.

Position 3: Manager – Security Service Division
Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Management or other Business related fields plus a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, with at least three (3) years’ in a supervisory position.
Job Summary
- The Jobholder is responsible for general Supervision, Planning, directing and coordinating activities of the Security and Protocol. She/he checks appropriateness of development & implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures of Bank’s Head Office.
