National Aviation College is an authorized private higher education institute that is engaged in the provision of aviation related college programs. Further, with the authorization of the FDRE Education and Training Authority (ETA), the college provides different undergraduate, post graduate and distance learning Programs in Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Aviation Management, Pharmacy and Comprehensive Nursing.

Currently, the College is seeking to fill the different position with competent and energetic individual on permanent condition.

Job Positions and Requirements

Position 1. Marketing & Sales Mgt Trainer

Educational Qualification: BA Degree and Above in Marketing and Sales Management or a closely related field.

Work Experience: One year and above of relevant teaching experience.

Salary: Negotiable/Per Scale

No. Required: 03

Position 2. Vocational Guidance and Counselor (Cooperative Training and Job Linkage Head)

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Accounting & Finance, Hardware & Networking, or Front Office Management.

Work Experience: One year and above of relevant experience in the position or experience in the TVET training sector.

Job Location: Ethiopia (National Aviation College Sites)

Salary: Negotiable/Per Scale

Position 3. ICT Lab Assistance

Educational Qualification: Level IV or BSc degree in ICT or Computer Science.

Work Experience: Experience not mandatory but advantageous.

Position 4. Reception

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in ICT or Marketing Management.

Work Experience: One year and above of relevant experience in customer service, receptionist duties, or related areas.

Position 5. Executive Secretary

Educational Qualification: BA/BSC level qualification in Secretarial Science or a related field.

Position 6. Instructor for Hotel Management Department

Educational Qualification: BA and MA in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Hotel and Tourism Management. (Male: BA 3.00+/MA 3.5+ | Female: BA 2.75+/MA 3.25+).

Work Experience: One year and above of relevant teaching experience. Thesis result must be ‘Very Good’ or above.

Position 7. Instructor for Accounting & Finance Department

Educational Qualification: BA and MA in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines. (Male: BA 3.00+/MA 3.5+ | Female: BA 2.75+/MA 3.25+).

Work Experience: One year and above of relevant teaching experience. Thesis result must be ‘Very Good’ or above.

Position 8. Instructor for Aviation Management

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Aviation Management, Air Transport, or related discipline (with a background in Engineering or Aviation Business).
