Position 2: Junior Coffee Quality Control Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Record Incoming Red Cherry: -Accurately document the quantity and condition of red cherries received from suppliers or farmers.
- Document Coffee Types Processed:-Maintain proper records of the different coffee types and processing methods handled at the station (e.g., washed, natural, honey).
- Control Fermentation Time:- Monitor fermentation processes to ensure they follow recommended timelines and prevent over- or under-fermentation.
- Oversee Drying Methods:- Ensure coffee is dried using approved techniques and that drying conditions support optimal quality.
- Calculate Mass Balance:-Track input versus output at each processing stage to identify losses, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies.
- Monitor Quality at Every Stage:-Identify and report quality issues during receiving, pulping, fermentation, drying, storage, and transport.
- Record Purchased Dry Cherry:-Maintain accurate documentation of all dry cherry purchases, including quantity and supplier details.
- Check Moisture Content:-Verify that dry cherries meet acceptable moisture standards before storage or processing.
- Verify Standard Ratios:-Ensure processing ratios comply with established operational standards.
- Inspect Cargo Cleanliness:-Check that trucks, storage areas, and loading equipment are clean and suitable to prevent contamination during loading and unloading.
Qualifications & Education

Position 3: Senior Cupper
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct coffee cupping and sensory evaluation according to established standards.
- Assess coffee aroma, flavor, acidity, body, aftertaste, sweetness, and balance.
- Identify defects and quality variations in green and roasted coffee.
- Prepare and maintain accurate cupping records and quality reports.
- Evaluate coffee samples from different farms, suppliers, and processing methods.
- Support green coffee grading and quality classification.
- Provide feedback to coffee processing and production teams.
- Participate in sample preparation, roasting, and cupping sessions.
- Monitor consistency and quality throughout coffee processing and production.
- Support the development of coffee profiles and blends.
- Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and cupping-room standards.
- Stay updated on coffee quality standards, sensory evaluation techniques, and industry practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Coffee Technology, Food Science, Horticulture, Plant Science or a related field.
- Professional coffee cupping/sensory evaluation training or certification is Mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coffee cupping, coffee quality control, or coffee processing.
- Experience in coffee cupping, quality control, coffee processing, or green coffee evaluation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee varieties, processing methods, grading, and defects.

Position 4: Senior Internal Auditor (Top Urgent)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed,
- Reports on the findings and recommendations and monitors management’s response and implementation of same,
- Identifies and assesses financial risks to the company’s financial statements, operations, and compliance with laws and regulations,
- Develops audit programs to test the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of improvement,
- Prepares audit reports that communicate the findings and recommendations of the audit,
- Interacts with management and other stakeholders to ensure that audit findings are addressed in a timely and effective manner,
- Ensures that comments of external auditors are addressed by concerned departments,
- Ensures the performance of audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques,
- Inspects transactions and related documents and verify accuracy and legitimacy,
- Performs analysis and concludes on the effectiveness and efficiency of the control system,
Qualification and Skills
- BA or MA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance and related fields.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experiance
- Having experience in corporate and farming industries will be advantageous.
