Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Minimum requirements: BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study with zero year experience, only Graduate of 2025 G.C and 2026 G.C with 3.75 and above CGPA and who passed National Exit Exam.

Position 2: Information System Trainee
Minimum requirements: BSC Degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Information Science or any other Information Technology related field with zero year experience, only Graduate of 2025G.C and 2026 G.C with 3.75 and above CGPA and who passed National Exit Exam.

Position 3: Customer Service Officer III
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance/ Business Administration and any business-related field of study with 3 years of related work experience in Banking operations.

Position 4: Branch Manager
Educational Level: Minimum requirements: Minimum of BA Degree in Management /Economics/Accounting & Finance/ Marketing/ Banking & Finance or Business Administration and any business-related field of study, with 8 years’ work experience in banking operations
