Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Task Breakdown:Â
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issues and signs Payment Instruments
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
- Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
- Exchanges cash denominations and post the transactions
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: No prior experience is required.
Relevant Experience: 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.Â
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA requirement for male 3.00 and 2.75 for female applicants.

Position 2: Branch AuditorÂ
Key Responsibilities:
Task Breakdown:Â
- Undertake audit examination, International
- Review transaction and the proper functioning of the internal control procedures throughout the Branch,
- Conducts special investigation when needed,
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: 3.5 years of experience in internal/external auditing, preferably in banking industry.

Position 3: Associate General Maintenance Technician II
Key Responsibilities:
Task Breakdown:Â
- Receive, repair requirements and record the necessary log sheet.
- Assist in Identifying damages to equipment submitted for maintenance, determining required repair parts, and reports to the relevant body.
- Perform Small and medium inspection, dismantling and maintenance of office equipment and appliances including furniture presented for repair
- Assist in Replacing and repairing faulty parts of office equipment and various electrical, communication metallic and wood appliances and furniture
- Test repaired equipment or appliance to ensure correct operation after repair
- Record repairs made, parts used, repair costs, and other particulars connected with the repair
- Keep the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean and good working conditions
- Observe safety rules and regulations, and
- Performs other related duties as required

Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Degree or Diploma (Level IV certificates) in General Mechanics, Electricity, and Office Equipment Maintenance or in related field

- Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence and delegation
- Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling and counting bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
- Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
- Checks and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: BA with 1.5 years of experience in banking operation
Relevant Experience: at least 6 months on CSS position.
