About the Job

The Junior Business Development Associate at Fayda Tech Solutions will support the growth of the company by assisting in the development and execution of business strategies. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in the technology sector, focusing on business development and administration. The associate will facilitate communication internally and with client, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This position is based in our office in Addis Ababa, where collaboration and innovation are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
  • Support client follow-up processes to ensure timely communication and relationship management.
  • Participate in drafting proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and business development activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports on business development metrics and outcomes.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications between internal teams and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
