Position 1: Senior IT And Digital Risk Officer (Re – Advertized) –

You will be responsible for…

  • Conduct enterprise IT risk assessments covering infrastructure, applications, networks, digital platforms, and technology projects.
  • Develop and maintain IT risk management frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory and industry best practices.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and security gaps across systems and technology environments and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Prepare IT risk reports and dashboards for senior management and risk governance committees.
  • Monitor system-generated compliance and AML/CFT alerts to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
  • Maintain compliance records, documentation, and audit trails for regulatory and internal review.

Position 2: Senior Platform Development And Integration Officer

You will be responsible for…

  • Lead the design and development of complex integration solutions, architecting system that connect  multiple platforms and enable sophisticated data flow across the enterprise.
  • Manage APIs as products though out their lifecycle from launch to retirement , treating each API as a product with its own roadmap users and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation, developer guides, and reference materials, creating resources that enable developers to adopt and use APIs effectively.
  • Define API versioning strategies and communicate changes to developers, ensuring transitions are smooth and developers have adequate notice and support for upgrades.
  • Collaborate with partnership team on partner API requirements, understanding partner needs and translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Mentor and develop integration developers, building team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and creating opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

Position 3: Senior Data Center And Core System Officer 

You will be responsible for…

  • Manage and maintain enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage systems, and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot Operating Systems, hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.
  • Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and authentication systems (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

  • Experience in virtualization technologies (Oracle LDOM, Nutanix, VMware).
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix based (Oracle Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) systems administration is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of networking.
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) and Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
  • Experience with automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Any certifications related to the above experiences and knowledge are desirable.
