Position: Team Leader – Digital Transformation Strategy Implementation Coordination (Re – Advertized)

You will be responsible for…

Ensures the conversion of digital transformation strategy initiatives under CIDO into actionable implementation roadmaps, work streams, and milestones
Serve as the liaison between CIDO and business units executing initiatives and digital transformation projects
Support initiative owners and implementers to resolve dependencies, conflicts, or resource bottlenecks across parallel initiatives
Maintain a centralized tracker of all CIDO initiatives to follow up their status, risks, and progress against KPIs
Coordinate change management and communication activities to support user adoption of new digital tools processes
Capture lessons learned from completed initiatives and feed them back into future strategy planning
Recommend process improvements to strengthen implementation efficiency and coordination mechanisms

Experience in IT projects management and coordination
Strategy Development and Implementation: Experience in strategy formulation, review, alignment, implementation, and performance management
Project Portfolio Coordination and Monitoring
Roadmap Development and Strategic Alignment
Performance Monitoring and Analytical Skills
Cross-Functional Facilitation and Stakeholder Management
Digital Transformation and Innovation Awareness
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Reporting and Communication Skills: Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare strategy documents, project status reports, meeting minutes, management briefs, and executive presentations.
Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Understanding of data-driven management, AI adoption, and digital maturity assessment.

Education Qualification:- First degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or 2^nd degree in the same Field ,Strong business acumen, projects coordination and analytical skills are required.
