Position 1: Senior Auditor
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management or related field
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
Expected Competency
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
- Thorough knowledge of financial laws and audit regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Good knowledge of microfinance business
- Good communication and human relation skill

- Skills in designing and performing internal control tests to evaluate effectiveness;
- Through knowledge of Financial Laws NBI Directives and regulations
- Ability to Financial and Operational report preparation;

- Basic knowledge of KYC principle
- Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
