Position: Sales & Marketing Officer

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

 
  • BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in an Equb platform, fintech company, or related sector.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in fieldwork and door-to-door activities.
  • Presentable, confident, and able to engage professionally with clients.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand the Equb business platform.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and strongly customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead field-based activities focused on acquiring new Equbtegna members through direct marketing and community engagement.
  • Conduct door-to-door recruitment and direct selling to onboard new members.
  • Achieve monthly targets for member registration and contribution collection.
  • Follow up on due and overdue payments to ensure timely collection and proper documentation.
  • Accurately collect, record, and report member contributions.
  • Conduct assessments and verification of lottery winners as required.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to members.
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to improve acquisition and collection strategies.
  • Serve as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) representative when members visit the office by providing information, handling inquiries, and supporting payment and registration processes.
  • Handle member complaints and payment-related issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular field and performance reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
