Bilal Microfinance invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions.

Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a full-fledge interest free microfinance institution established based on the NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021 to provide sharia compliant and inclusive microfinance services that provide access to the community excluded from financial services due to interest.

Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – Urgent

Required Qualification and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution; OR
  • College Diploma (Level V/10+3) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI) or the Banking Industry is an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of credit operations and customer service.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity, teamwork, and willingness to work under pressure.

Required Number: 3 (Three)

Duty Station: Addis Ababa and Other Branches
