Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. No work experience is required. Candidates should be expected to graduate in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
Age: Below 30 years old.
Commutative GPA: For male 3.00 and above and for female 2.75 and above
Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
Salary: According to the Bank’s salary scale.
Place of Work: Branches Under A.A City area, Branches under Dire Dawa District, Branches under Hawassa District and Branches under Adama District
