Position 1: Banking Business Officer I
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience, of which 1 year as a Junior Officer.
- Additional Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB).
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages.

Duty Stations:
Shashemene, Adaba, Harbu, Kemisse, Logia
Position 3: Senior Internal Control Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields
- 4 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as Auditor/Internal Control Officer
Quantity: 5
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages.

Duty Stations: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 3: Senior Compliance Management Officer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 4 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as officer in risk, compliance, internal control or audit related area.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages.

Duty Stations: Head Office
