We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Officer to become a part of our showroom team.
Position: Front Desk Officer – Showroom
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical, Pharmacy, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Prepare official letters, quotations, and basic correspondence
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments
- Manage appointments and customer records
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and organization
