🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 (five) years proven experience in the banking or financial services industry of which; three (3) years on branch management role.
📌Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate the resource mobilization, customer base expansion, and operational excellence of branches under the area office, thereby supporting the bank’s growth initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as Branch Operations Manager -III or equivalent.

- To ensure the effectiveness of branch sales and marketing activities, mobilize resources, expand branch accessibility through digital banking, and provide efficient, high-quality service to customers consistently. Additionally, this job is responsible building strong relationship with various stakeholders to enhance the resource mobilization objective of the Bank.
