1. Branch Manager III
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation activities of the branch are performed in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other pertinent regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
- At least 1 year experience as Branch Manager IV or Business Manager I or equivalent

2. Branch Manager IV – IFB
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation activities of the branch are performed in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other pertinent regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
- At least 1 year experience as Business Manager II-IFB or Business Manager III-IFB or equivalent
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking is mandatory

3. Branch Manager IV
Job Purpose

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as Branch Business Manager or Branch Operation Manager – IFB or equivalent
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking is mandatory
