Job Purpose

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- At least one year of experience as Branch Manager-IV, Business Manager I, or equivalent positions.

Position 2. Branch Manager IV-IFB
Job Purpose
- Ensure that the overall banking operation activities of the branch are performed in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other pertinent regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- At least one year of experience as Business Manager II-IFB, Business Manager III-IFB, or equivalent positions.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest Free Banking (IFB) operations is mandatory.
