The company is registered with the National Bank of Ethiopia in accordance with proclamation No.86/1994 and holds license No.017/12. To establish public confidence from the outset, TISc began its operations with a subscribed capital of 45 million birr and a paid-up capital of 11,480,000 birr, significantly exceeding the minimum requirement of 3 million birr, and operates three branches in Addis Ababa.
