It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of Banking experience as Junior and Trainee Banker.
- Additional Requirement: Knowledge of the Culture and Language of the areas

Duty Station: Jigjiga
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of Banking experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.
- Additional Requirement: Knowledge of the Culture and Language of the areas

Duty Station: Jigjiga
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have 4 years of Banking experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer
Additional Requirement: Knowledge of the Culture and Language of the areas

Duty Station: Dire Dawa & Jigjiga
Position 4: Senior HRM Officer
- Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as HRM Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Duty Station: Head office
Position 5: Senior Research and Development Officer
Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Research and Development Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Duty Station: Head office
Position 6: Senior Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Planning Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Duty Station: Head office
Position 7: Principal Digital Banking Operation Officer
- Qualification: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing management Leadership, Business Administration or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have 6 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Senior Digital Banking Operation Officer
