The event for Siket Bank (previously known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C) took place at the Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is in the process of initiating banking services following the acquisition of a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.

The bank will maintain its existing microfinance services until the complete banking operations are established. Furthermore, the bank will persist in offering microfinance services even after the full banking services commence.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency.

Job Requirement

Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

A minimum of 2 years of related work experience

Job Summary

  • The job holder is responsible to ensure that the overall banking operational and business activities of the branch are performed as per the bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulations

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA/MBA/MSC holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, or related field of discipline.
    Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience senior customer services officer or equivalent
