Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.

The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance service when full banking services are launched.

Position 1: Trainee Banker – IFB

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Minimum BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in:
    • Management
    • Marketing Management
    • Business Administration
    • Economics
    • Accounting and Finance
    • Banking & Finance
    • Related fields of study
  • Experience: 0 years.
  • Must have passed the national exit examination.
  • Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

The Trainee Banker IFB will be responsible for executing the objectives of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) activities and supporting the effective and efficient delivery of IFB products and services.

QTY: 40

Terms of Employment: Permanent after probationary date.

Salary and Benefit: As per the bank’s scale.

Educational and Work Experience Requirements
