Position: Production Trainee
ABOUT THE JOB
The Production Trainee program is an entry-level development role designed for recent Graduate/TVET graduates who aspire to build long-term careers in Prime Packaging PLC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist machine operators in setup, operation, and shutdown of printing and converting equipment.
Support material preparation, ink handling, plate mounting, and tooling.
Support in-process quality checks including:
- Visual inspection of labels and packaging.
- Barcode, artwork, and color verification.
- Packaging and traceability control.
• Support daily production activities, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate discipline, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills on the shop floor

Education
Bsc. Graduate or TVET Graduate in:
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering for the Bsc. Graduate and
- Manufacturing or related technical fields for the TVET Graduate respectively.
Experience

- Basic understanding of machinery and industrial operations.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and instructions.
