Position 1: District Attorney

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or other related fields of study, with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.

Position 2: Senior Construction Technology & Management Engineer

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields of study, with 4 years of relevant experience.

Position 3: Manager, Contract Administration & Supervision

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields of study, with 8/7 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s/Master’s degree holders respectively, out of which 1 year should be in a Principal position or equivalent or above.

Competency Requirements:

• Core Competency: Continuous Learning, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Perseverance, Teamwork
• Functional Competency: Construction Management, Construction Technology and Innovation, Vendor Management and Subcontractors, Microsoft Projects, and AutoCAD application
