Nib International Bank (NIB) was founded on 26 May 1999, operating under license no. LBB/007/99, in compliance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994. The bank was established with a paid-up capital of birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders.
The Bank began its operations on 28 October 1999 with a workforce of 27 employees, entering the banking sector as the sixth private bank to receive a license in the nation.

Position 1: Information Technology Officer
Educational Qualification:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Associate Information Technology Officer or in related positions.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Office Furniture Technician II
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / TVET Level IV or TVET Level III Certificate in Wood Technology or related fields.
Work Experience:
4/6 years of relevant work experience, of which 3/4 years as Office Furniture Technician I or in a related area.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Property & Warehouse Management Officer
Educational Qualification:
M.A / B.A Degree in Management, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience:
4/6 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Property & Warehouse Management Officer or in an equivalent related position.
