Position 1: Logistics & Supply Chain Officer

Job Summary

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing processes and ensuring efficient operations? As our Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our vehicle sourcing from vendors, coordinating vehicle allocation, and ensuring the smooth flow of our rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle sourcing and procurement from vendors.
  • Managing and tracking vehicle availability and allocation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and agreements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records and generating reports

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, or a related Business field.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English is essential

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, you will be crucial in supporting the daily financial operations, including:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and reconcile accounts payable. Assist with invoicing customers and tracking accounts receivable.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • General Ledger: Assist in maintaining the General Ledger, including preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Asset Management: Track and maintain records for company assets, particularly the vehicle fleet inventory.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed, including filing and data entry.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Soft Skills: High degree of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
