Position 1: Director, Risk & Compliance Management

Qualification

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance or related fields.

Experience

  • Ten (10) years for Masters and Twelve (12) years for Bachelor of demonstrated experience out of which Four (4) years in a managerial position in risk & compliance area.
  • IFB Training Certification is Mandatory.

Location:  Head Office

Position 2: District, Business Manager

Qualification: 

  • Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: 

  • Eight (8) years for Masters and Ten (10) years for Bachelor of relevant experience of which 4 years of experience in Managerial position.
  • IFB Training Certification is Mandatory.

Location:
East, Addis Ababa District

Position 3: District , Operation Manager

Qualification: 

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: 

  • Six (6) years for a Master’s and eight (8) years for a Bachelor are of relevant experience of which 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • IFB Training Certification is Mandatory.

Location:
East, Addis Ababa District

Position 4: Senior District Operation Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields

Experience

  • Four (4) years of experience, which two (2) years’ experience is in related area.
  • IFB Certification is Advantageous.

Location: East, Addis Ababa District

Position 5: Senior District Digital Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields

Experience

  • Four (4) years of experience, which two (2) years is  in related area.
  • IFB Certification is Advantageous.

Location: East, Addis Ababa District

Position 6: Senior District Financing Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

  • Four (4) years of experience, which two (2) years is in related area.
  • IFB Certification is Advantageous.

Position 7: Senior Finance Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

  • Four (4) years for bachelor of relevant experience Of which (2) years of experience in EATS area.
  • IFB Certification is Advantageous.

Position 8: Tax Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related fields

Experience

  • Two (2) years of tax area experience.
