We are a subsidiary of Gift Group (the holding company), which was initially established as Gift Trading during the mixed economic period (early 1990s, approximately 30 years ago) by its founder and Managing Director, Ato Gebreyesus Igata. Position 1: Engineer (Trainee)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction technology & management or Infrastructure & Technology Management or Civil & Environmental Engineering or related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software
- Understanding of construction methods and materials
- Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Position 2: Field Sales Consultant-(Real Estate)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales,
Skills and Competencies
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to close sales deals effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional appearance and conduct
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
