Ethiopian Reinsurance S.C (Ethiopian Re) is the inaugural reinsurance company established in accordance with article 5(8) of the Insurance Business Proclamation No.746/2012. It began its operations on July 1, 2016, engaging in both life and non-life insurance sectors. The head office of Ethiopian Re is situated in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company also intends to establish branches in other countries as deemed necessary.
Leveraging its relatively robust capital foundation, along with reliable retrocession support from globally recognized reinsurance firms, Ethiopian Re offers a wide array of inward reinsurance coverage to domestic insurers, while also selectively accepting international business.
Position: IT Auditor
Minimum Qualification Requirement: BA/BSC Degree in Management Information systems, Information Technology, Computer science and related fields.
Work Experience: Four (4) years of directly related experience in (Re)insurance
Remark: Strong IT audit background is mandatory
