Position : Design Group- Civil Works Design.Architect
Lead architectural and civil coordination activities for telecom rollout projects including tower construction, shelter installation, and network infrastructure expansion, Structure?and layout design, solution alignment, and cross-functional coordination, Contributes?to cross functional actions to enhance the performance of the company
Detailed Description
Compile, maintain, and log baseline bills of quantities (BoQs), technical drawings, and site dossier records,?Prepare, revise, and update detailed architectural, structural, and layout drawings (layouts, elevations, and sections) for telecom facilities using AutoCAD, Perform?initial reviews of design drafts against local municipal building codes and civil work standards, Verify?architectural compliance with telecom operator standards, Manage?telecom civil works design lifecycle, Review?foundation layouts and shelter positioning, Participate?in site acceptance testing and handover, Evaluate?contractor performance and work quality, Support?cost optimization initiatives, Design?equipment room layouts and cable routing pathways. Ensure?compliance with telecom and local authority standards, Ensure?proper ventilation, safety access, and equipment spacing.
Design the physical floor plans, equipment layouts, and spatial allocations for core sites, data centers, and switching centers to maximize rack density while ensuring safe maintenance clearances,?Analyze and validate that foundations and roof structures (for Roof Top sites) can support the dead loads of antennas, generators, battery banks, and hybrid power systems, Convert?radio frequency (RF) and transmission network requirements, Establish?rigorous technical specifications for specialized building elements, including fire-rated doors, anti-static raised flooring, thermal insulation, and weatherproofing materials, Design?equipment room layouts and cable routing pathways, Design?equipment room layouts and cable routing pathways, Coordinate?rooftop and tower infrastructure planning, Develop?as-built drawings after project completion, Coordinate?rooftop and tower infrastructure planning, Ensure?proper ventilation, safety access, and equipment spacing, Develop?as-built drawings after project completion, Prepare?technical documentation and project reports.

Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Architecture or Architecture and Planning field of studies & graduated since
2015 E.C with zero year’s previous experience and with excellent skills in 3D modeling, rendering and presentation. - NB: – Applicants are expected to attach portfolios containing at least three of their own work with fully rendered 3D models enclosed with CV. Degree, Student copy & Grade 8 Certificate.
