Position: Receptionist & Cashier

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Secretarial Science, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and record-keeping.

• Strong communication skills in English and Amharic (both verbal and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

• Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail when handling cash and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and manage correspondence.

• Schedule and confirm client appointments, follow up as needed.

• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions and prepare simple reports.

• Support preparation of letters, invoices, and other routine documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer service delivery.

• Ensure front desk area is always tidy and presentable.
